These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of LiveQuote.org, the LiveQuote mobile app (iOS and Android), the HODL mobile app, and all related tools, content, and services provided by HODL Media Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You may sign in using Bluesky, Google, Apple, or email.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Harass, impersonate, or threaten others
• Use automated bots or scraping tools without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Violate third-party platform terms (e.g., Bluesky)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you save or create (e.g., watchlists, portfolios, saved news).
• By making any content public (if you choose to), you grant us a license to display and distribute it as part of the Service.
• All content is private by default. You control its visibility.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. No Investment Advice or Trading

We do not offer trading, brokerage, custody, or investment advisory services. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Service constitutes:

• Investment advice or financial recommendations
• An offer to buy/sell securities or digital assets
• Legal, tax, or professional advice

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months. If you paid nothing, our liability is $0.

Termination does not waive any rights or obligations that should survive, including disclaimers, limitations, and indemnities.

11. Governing Law

For users outside the EU/EEA: These Terms are governed by Swiss law, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.

For users in the EU/EEA: Your local consumer laws apply, and disputes will be resolved in your country of residence where required.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will post the new version with an updated date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
